The story
bogdao was founded in Warsaw in 2020 by sisters Marta and Olga Bogdał. Marta, a bioinformatician with many years of research experience in plant genetics and cellular biochemistry, develops uncompromising formulas in close collaboration with Swiss and Australian laboratories. She employs biomimetic extraction technologies that preserve the full integrity of each active compound, ensuring maximum efficacy and quality. Olga, an architect, serves as the brand’s art director. She is responsible for bogdao’s visual identity. From packaging design and the interior concept of the flagship store and café on Koszykowa 14 in Warsaw, to the creative direction of advertising campaigns. She shapes the brand’s aesthetic and visual coherence, translating scientific precision into a refined, timeless form.
